JP & Associates is owned and operated by Jerry Pile. Before obtaining his Masters Degree in Occupational Training and Development, Jerry also achieved degrees in Psychology and Business Management. With over 25 years of experience, he has developed a great understanding of the value of leadership and its impact within organizations.
